Pressure Washing FAQs

Many of our customers are pleased to learn that we offer professional pressure washing services. Below are a few of our most frequently asked questions and answers regarding pressure washing.

Are you going to get water in my windows or doors?

Naturally, water leakage is a major concern for homeowners. Before we begin cleaning, we conduct a thorough assessment of the property to look for potentially leaky doors or windows as well as identify any landscaping considerations. We always exercise extreme caution and use low pressure when cleaning around entryways and windows.

Will the cleaning agent you use harm my plants?

We are always considerate of any ornamentals and outdoor plants when pressure washing your home. In order to protect them during the cleaning process, we follow a two-step care process:

  • Prior to washing the home, we gently rinse the plants with water and cover them with a tarp to protect them from the cleaning agent.
  • After pressure washing, we remove the tarp and gently rinse the plants again with water. This helps ensure that your outdoor plants remain chemical free during the pressure washing process.

Do you offer a non-chemical pressure washing option?

We are more than happy to accommodate customers who prefer non-chemical treatment. Light stains, spider webs and cobwebs may be removed without the use of a cleaning agent; however, tougher mildew stains may not come out with just water. In these situations, we may do spot treatments with a chemical solution, use hot water or make other recommendations, depending on the homeowner’s preference.

Do you provide pressure washing services for commercial properties?

Absolutely! We are equipped to clean residential and commercial buildings of all types. We also have our own water tanks, which comes in handy for commercial properties that don’t have outdoor access to water.

What can you clean with pressure washing?

If it’s outside on your property, the chances are we can clean it. Aside from homes and commercial buildings, our pressure washing crew can handle:

  • Driveways and walkways
  • Decks
  • Patio furniture
  • Roofs and gutters
  • Sheds and other secondary structures
  • Fences
  • Stone pavers
  • Boats
